Successful entrepreneur Rick Weaver established Catapult Coaching to
assist the growing number of new entrepreneurs. Two emerging had
captured his attention:
Catapult has formed alliances with Profiles International, MBC Global,
Impact Press, and Max Impact to deliver a scientific approach to
professional coaching.
Today Catapult Coaching is available across all 50 United States,
Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Successful entrepreneur Rick Weaver established Catapult Coaching to
assist the growing number of new entrepreneurs. Two emerging had
captured his attention:
- Baby Boomers being "bought out" as the corporate world began to
downsize were finding it difficult to find new employment. They
were venturing into the entrepreneurial world to create their own
jobs but lacked the skills needed for entrepreneurial success.
Although accomplished in the business world, many rising as high
as vice-presidents, they lacked the broad experience needed to
create, select a product and service mix, market, and staff their
new business.
- Generations X and Y were witnessing the stress of their parents
and grandparents due to the turbulent job market. With their
tremendous energy and creativity they were engaging in
entrepreneurial ventures to develop their own business as a
supplement and insurance policy to their existing career. Yet they
realized coaching was needed to fully develop their talents and to
learn from the experience of already successful entrepreneurs.
